Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for the following reason(s):

  • You have made an enquiry or expressed an interest in using my services.

I also receive personal information, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • You have used my services on Fiverr
  • You have purchased my products on Etsy
  • You have reached out to me on social media channels

I use the information that you have given me in order to promote my services or communicate with you regarding any ongoing projects/contracted work.

I may share this information with third party organisations ONLY and IF the projects we are working on require me to subscribe you to other services (such as hosting or web domains). I will require your consent for this.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are:

How I store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

I will keep your inactive data for a maximum of 12 months. Inactive data refers to any data I hold that is not related to current clients or ongoing contracted projects/work. I will then dispose of your data by permanently deleting it from my database.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask me to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
